To support the development of Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and supplement the Civil Aviation Department (CAD) in recruiting suitable staff for the provision of air traffic control related services, we are looking for individuals with high calibre and suitable personality who are passionate to pursue a professional career in the aviation industry to join our company for secondment to the CAD as Aerodrome Control Trainees (ADCTs). ADCTs will receive professional training to be licensed in performing Aerodrome Control duties. They will perform duties under the management and supervision of CAD. Advancement to Aerodrome Control Officers (ADCOs) will be subject to the successful completion of the aerodrome control training and acquisition of the associated Air Traffic Control (ATC) licence.
